Your data, kept short and simple.
We collect as little as we can, use it only for what you'd expect, and never sell it. Here's exactly what happens.
Who we are
Culture Crush BV, Antwerp, Belgium, is responsible for the personal data processed through culturecrush.be. Questions or requests: kenny@culturecrush.be or +32 487 02 83 92.
When you send a quote request
The form asks for your name, email and project description, and optionally your company, phone number, budget and timing. We use this only to answer your request and, if we end up working together, to prepare a quote and run the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
The form sends an email to our inbox. It isn't stored in a database on the website. We keep the email for up to two years if nothing comes of it, or for as long as Belgian accounting law requires once you become a client.
Analytics cookies
With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, where they come from and which work they look at. We don't use it for advertising, and ad features are switched off. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive anonymous, cookieless signals (no identifiers) that help model overall traffic.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics: tells visits apart | 2 years |
| _ga_1YJEL3FLP6 | Google Analytics: keeps session state | 2 years |
Your choice is remembered in your browser (local storage, key cc-consent) for six months. You can change it any time via cookie settings.
Other services
- Hosting: the site and its email run on servers of our hosting provider in the EU.
- Fonts: typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them.
- Google: Google Analytics data may be processed outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email us and we'll reply within a month. If you think we've got something wrong, you can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
